Award Nominations!

Amissville is excited to be nominated for "Folk Artist of the Year" by the Charlotte Music Awards and will compete at the Folk Showcase on October 29, 2011, at Puckett's Farm Equipment. Meredith and David have also been nominated for "Singer-Songwriter of the Year" and will perform on November 4, 2011, at The Saloon at the NC Music Factory. Tickets for each event are $8 apiece. Amissville on Pandora and Jango!

We were accepted by Pandora Radio in early 2011, and we're in rotation now, so go get your Amissville station! If you don't know about Pandora, definitely check it out. Amissville in a Documentary!

Amissville was recently featured, along with many other wonderful performers, in Pebble in a Pond, a documentary about the Charlotte Folk Society. We were honored to be included via a clip of our performance from the Charlotte Folk Society Gathering Member Showcase on November 13, 2009.
